Please note that we have a winter wheel only rule for trolleys from around the 1st October each year, information can be found on the web site under course conditions.

Should you require further information please contact the pro shop or view our current course condition update on each page of the web site as this is updated daily.

Dress Code

Members, visitors and guests are requested to comply with the Club's rules.

Golf attire is expected at all times at the Club.

Shorts - They must be tailored and worn with plain coloured knee length socks or predominantly white over ankle sports socks.

Golf Shoes - Must be worn on the golf course. They may be worn on the terrace and in the Viking bar using the terrace entrance.

Dining Room - After 7pm Mondays to Saturdays, jackets, with collar and tie must be worn.

Not permitted at any time:

Denim, corduroy jean's, collarless shirts or trainers
Changing in the car park including shoe's
Shirts worn outside trousers / shorts
Mobile phones on the course or in the clubhouse
Smoking in the club house

Visitors will be asked to leave the course or the clubhouse if they are not dressed correctly.

Visitors (Mon -Fri) £45 per round, £55 all day

Weekends & Bank Holidays

£55 per round, £65 all day

You can book a tee time on line tee by following the visitors tab on the right hand side of the home page on our web site, you must enter your debit/credit card details but no payment will be made until you arrive at the Club.

This facility applies to individual golfers, 4 balls or a small group of less than 9 golfers.

These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our
Internet booking facility.

Payment
=======
To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or
debit card details. However, if you book online no money will be be charged to your card. Full payment must be made in the pro shop before play commences.

You can cancel your booking by contacting the Professional on 0113 289 2311. If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before your tee time full payment is required. If you give more than 24 hours notice you will be charged £10 per player administration and cancellation handling fee.

Failure to Cancel Your Booking
==============================
No refund will be given if you fail to cancel your booking and do not contact the Club in advance.

Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed, you can re book at no additional cost or a full refund will be available and no charges will be made to your credit/debit card.

Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else.

Handicaps
=========
Whilst it isn't a requirement of the Club to request a handicap certificate, Scarcroft Golf Club is an established course and as such players must have the ability to play at a reasonable standard to ensure their enjoyment and that of other players on the course at the same time.
